Support leadership on Life Sciences engagements in one or more of the following areas - Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Retail and Mail Order Pharmacies, and Medical Device Manufacturers - on engagements focused on compliance and regulatory reporting. Assist clients in evaluation of existing policies and internal controls and identify areas for improvement or mitigate potential risks. Drive and support large complex client engagements by developing and executing effective work plans, delegating and overseeing work of junior team members, when appropriate, and having ongoing personal contact with clients to keep them informed on the progress of engagements Maintain client budgets and status reports Analyze life science industry trends, perform research into new regulatory and policy requirements, and train more junior team members on these issues Develop and implement database and other analytic tools for client engagements Train and oversee junior team members and perform quality reviews of their work Create high quality and innovative client work products and presentations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Graduate level degree or JD a plus Four years of regulatory compliance or audit experience within a consulting firm or life sciences or medical devices industries. Certified Public Accountant certification is a plus Working knowledge of government pricing, Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback statutes/FCPA, HIPAA and/or FDA promotional regulations Advanced data analysis skills involving SQL or SAS Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data Generally works in an office environment The company offers competitive compensation packages including an incentive compensation plan, comprehensive medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans. _Navigant does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.
